Clinical Program Manager - Heart/Cardiology Service Lines

The Program Manager, Cardiology Service Lines, specific clinical programs within the organization. This position works closely with the Executive Director, to align projects with broader strategic goals. The Program Manager coordinates with various internal departments and external partners to achieve clinical program objectives and deliver results that enhance organizational performance.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree Undergraduate degree or equivalent education/experience 3 years of Work experience in healthcare or a comparable background with clinical/project leadership experience. Experience working with financial and clinical data within Neuroscience or other clinical specialties to discern focus of improvement activity. Experience collaborating with a variety of Neuroscience management and leadership teams whether contract or private practice.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's Degree Experience co-leading groups of clinicians in support of clinical development to reach timely and effective/efficient outcomes. Experience within Neuroscience clinical and/or administrative/operational roles. Successful experience working with clinicians in a Neuroscience program. Experience with Neuroscience care delivery models and technology. Knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies such as Lean, and Six Sigma
