Clinical Program Manager RN - Hybrid Role (Must live in the Greater Portland area)

The Regional Program Manager-Clinical Practice Standardization-Children's Services is responsible for facilitating clinical standardization to provide highly reliable, evidenced based care for children in the Oregon Region. Leadership responsibilities include oversight and management of pediatric/children's clinical policies and procedures, clinical care guidelines, measuring and reporting quality and safety performance, and supporting the implementation of enterprise and Oregon Region initiatives and tools applicable to the care of children. The scope includes but is not limited to: Leading Regional Children's Services Operations Council, facilitating Neonatal/Pediatric Practice Councils and Policy and Procedure workgroups, leading regional discussions on nursing practice and the interdisciplinary policies/procedures/guidelines that are used to support standardization and develops and implements educational tools and materials to facilitate statewide adoption of standardized clinical practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Master's Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health or Business Administration, or in progress Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire 6 years Nursing experience which includes experience working with newborn, neonatal, and pediatric patients Experience with developing clinical care policies, procedures, and order sets Experience facilitating multidisciplinary teams to achieve standardization of clinical processes and policies Experience with electronic medical record charting and documentation systems
