CLINICAL PROGRAM SUPERVISOR - COMMUNITY CLINICIAN/ASSESSOR

NRVCS is looking for a dedicated and ambitious Clinical Program Supervisor! The Clinical Program Supervisor works with the Program Manager and Program Director to provide day-to-day management and supervision of Community-Based Mental Health Case Management (MHCM). Provides direct clinical supervision and support to staff and ensures quality services are provided. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or caregivers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with MHCM services. Provides services and assessments to individuals served. 

 

Starting Salary: $63,300-Depending on Experience

 

Education Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited university with at least a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or other license-eligible field is required. Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist with the State of Virginia is required. QMHP eligibility or status is required. At least three years of experience providing direct clinical services, preferably in a community based behavioral health setting is required. Supervisory experience required.

Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speaks multiple languages.
