NRVCS is looking for our next Clinical Program Supervisor! The Clinical Program Supervisor – Regional Mobile Crisis Team Lead, works with the Regional Mobile Crisis management team (Region III of Virginia), to provide for overall management, supervision and program development of the Regional Mobile Crisis community based team.  Ensures Region III Mobile Crisis Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or care givers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with Regional Mobile Crisis services.  Provides direct services to individuals served. Starting Salary: $72,795-Depending on Experience

 

Education/Experience Required: 

Graduation from an accredited university with at least a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required  Three years of supervised experience providing clinical services, preferably in a community mental health/substance abuse setting, with crisis experience is preferred.  At least one year experience providing clinical supervision is preferred. State of Virginia License as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist is required.
