Ensure that your resume contains descriptions of your work experiences sufficient for comparison against the requirements stated below and indicate the beginning and ending month and year for each job held. **EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:** + Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family, Counseling, or a related Behavioral Health/Science program* and three years of experience providing behavioral health services, including individual and group therapy, of which at least one year of this experience was providing sex offense treatment. OR + Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family, Counseling, or a related Behavioral Health/Science program* and one year of experience providing sex offense treatment. * If your degree is in a related Behavioral Health/Science program not listed above, you may be asked to provide an unofficial college transcript. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:** + Working knowledge of sex offense treatment goals and models sufficient to demonstrate an ability to apply this knowledge in a residential setting. + Knowledge of professional, legal and ethical standards; best practices; and community standards of care. + Skills in verbal and written communication, including proficient documentation skills. + Interpersonal/human relations skills. + Basic personal computer skills. + Ability to provide lead work direction to other sex offense treatment program staff. + Ability to formulate and implement an individualized treatment plan; provide sex offense treatment; and develop a continuing care plan under limited supervision. Ability to teach a psycho-educational course; effectively function within a multidisciplinary team; exercise sound judgment; demonstrate appropriate professional boundaries; and temporarily manage daily program operations. **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family, Counseling, or a related Behavioral Health/Science program*. + Current Minnesota licensure as a LP, LPC, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT. + One year experience post-master’s degree or higher (as defined above) providing sex offense treatment. + Two or more years of experience providing sex offense treatment services to clients. + Experience screening and interviewing offenders for sex offense treatment. + Experience working in a correctional/secured environment. + Experience providing services to clients diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI). + Experience providing services to clients with intellectual disabilities. + Experience providing lead work to other behavioral health program staff. + Experience providing services to clients with a substance use disorder. **Physical Requirements** The selected finalist is required to review and sign a Physical Demands Analysis (PDA) for this position.
