Clinical Programs Senior Manager
Job Description SummaryClinical Projects Architect/manager is a critical and a core role in GE clinical engagement, benefit clinical solutions building to meet customer needs. At GE, customer experience, confidence and satisfaction are our prime focus making the clinical Programs manager role critical for GE success. The clinical Programs manager is responsible for clinical projects setup, management & delivery throughout its lifecycle, outcome, and customer satisfaction through good planning, communication, resource, and risk management. This role has a direct impact on the quality of own work and the work of others in the team and executes standard operational/technical tasks in-line with GE guidelines.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end management of clinical programs in the region with varying scope working as part of the science & technology department reporting to GE Science & Technology General Manager International Markets.Manage the full lifecycle of the clinical projects from inception to completion.Direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for medium-large sized projects (size in relation to GE company).Proficiency in planning, communication and stakeholder management of the projects is key to the role as well as strong estimation and risk assessment skills for planning purposes.Work across the GE modalities to build and execute the programs in One-GEHC spirit.Manage & create the necessary partnerships with 3rd parties taking part in the clinical or collaboration projects.Collaborate with regional & global scientists, engineers & clinical teams, enabling KOL access and expertise for testing value proposition of care area programs, prototypes & NPI’s.Monitor global and regional clinical trends and propose relevant care area solutions improvements and focus based on market direction.Design and implement a reporting and feedback mechanism including competitive analysis for care areas as part of the program execution.Coordinate building a clinical evidence inventory for care area & different modalities best practices addressing regional needs.Building KOLs relationship and orchestrate a regional strategy aligned with relevant internal stakeholders.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.Understand and comply with the GEHC quality manual, quality management system and policies and applicable laws and regulations as applicable to the region and role.Drive continuous process improvement, work instructions, and procedures to achieve standardization and simplification.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.Understand and implement best practice of the Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies.A job at this level requires strong communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills and will be required to lead/guide project stakeholders and report to the management team while developing strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between the customer and GE.

Required Qualifications

Established experience in managing medium to large scales programs and change management initiatives.PMP or Prince 2 certification or equivalent demonstrated experience.Strong experience in clinical and/or research projects.Experience in managing partnerships.Analytical skills to be able to identify customer requirements and adapt training needs.Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot project implementation issues within a multidisciplinary & multi-cultural team.Strong oral and written communication skills.Fluent in oral and written English.
