Job Description:

Will be accountable for organizing and leading team efforts in project management initiatives and other initiatives that enhance clinical and program efficiency.The role entails strategic and deliberate planning and management of initiatives.Developing cohesive teams and organized processes to ensure clinical, educational, programmatic, and process improvement milestones are met, and goals are achieved in a timely manner.The Clinical Project Manager facilitates initiatives through collaboration, communication, organization, and efficient management of multiple projects, teams, initiatives, and support of performance improvement.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Process Engineering, or related fieldTwo years of job-related experience

Preferred:

Master's DegreeCertification in Project Management, LEAN/Six Sigman/Change Management
