As a Clinical Provider Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the clinical activities of healthcare providers, such as therapists, counselors, or social workers, within a healthcare organization or practice. They ensure that clinical services are delivered in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures, and that patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care. This role also involves supervising, mentoring, and evaluating clinical staff, as well as contributing to quality improvement initiatives and program development.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight
Supervise clinical staff: Oversee the clinical activities of therapists, counselors, social workers, or other healthcare providers.Ensure adherence to standards: Monitor compliance with established clinical standards, policies, and procedures.Provide clinical guidance: Offer expert clinical guidance and consultation to clinical staff.Staff Management
Recruit and hire staff: Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for clinical staff.Evaluate staff performance: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Develop and implement training: Design and deliver training programs to enhance clinical staff skills and knowledge.Quality Improvement
Monitor quality metrics: Track and analyze quality metrics, such as patient satisfaction and outcomes.Identify areas for improvement: Recognize opportunities for quality improvement and develop strategies to address them.Implement quality initiatives: Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.Operational Management
Manage budgets and resources: Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure efficient operation.Develop and implement policies: Create and implement policies and procedures to guide clinical operations.Ensure regulatory compliance: Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.Communication and Collaboration
Communicate with staff and stakeholders: Foster open communication with clinical staff, administrators, and other stakeholders.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination.Represent the organization: Serve as a representative of the organization in professional and community settings.Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Masters Degree or Licensed Professional With post-licensure experience in mental health.Must possess a Missouri State License as a Psychologist, LCSW or, LPC.Additional Qualifications:
