OverviewThe Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for providing psychological evaluations for our client population and will include conducting mental health screenings to evaluate and assess the Functional Capacity Outcome (FCO) for referral to proper service track.
Responsibilities Gather necessary information to conduct social histories.Administer Psychological Evaluations.Conduct Mental Health Screenings.Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories and submit them in a timely manner.Write recommendations based on clinical evaluation and interview for service track to be assigned based on FCO:SSI/SSDIWellnessVocational Rehabilitation ServicesCareer Center for Employment ServicesDetermine need for additional assessment per observation Participates in team meetings to evaluate and improve clinical assessment processes, including providing input to the design of any review physician formsParticipates in any required training related to the position and its responsibilitiesUnderstands and adheres to HRA policies and procedures and RWS standard operating procedures related to the clinical assessment process and physician review requirements, specificallyEvaluations are conducted in the primary language of the client.Perform additional duties delegated by the CMO. QualificationsQualifications:
• Three years’ experience in conducting medical evaluations resulting in functional capacity outcome determinations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team environment that is performance driven.
• Experience with publicly funded programs: TANF experience preferable.
• Fluency in a language other than English a plus
• Superior time management skills with ability to complete evaluations and written reports within very tight time frames.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly with individuals from a wide range of socio-economic background
• Ability to maintain and complete clinical documentation consistently.
