This position is a salaried position working Monday-Friday; with an expectation to be part of the nursing leadership on-call rotation once every two months (includes additional compenstation).

Our Clinical Reimbursement Manager oversees the coordination of all clinical payment programming. Also, our Clinical Reimbursement Managers serves as a point of contact to maintain coordination of the MDS and RAI process.

Responsibilities The Clinical Reimbursement Manager maintains communication between internal and external partners.The Clinical Reimbursement Manager analyzes services and interventions with the team.The Clinical Reimbursement Manager communicates with responsible payers to ensure when coverage is appropriate. Qualifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.Knowledge of current state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.Knowledge of RAI/MDS/Care Planning, Medicare, Private Insurers, and Medicaid processes.
