\t\t\t\t\t

•\tCustomizes visit payment trackers to mirror each negotiated budget, in order to assist in tracking all receivables for the life of the clinical trial. •\tManages a portfolio of active clinical trial grant accounts by tracking accounts receivable, invoicing sponsors as applicable, processing payments for bills, and reviewing personnel effort.•\tIdentifies and applies checks and wires to appropriate clinical trial financial account. •\tReconciles all assigned accounts against the general ledger on a monthly basis.•\tMaintains account metrics which monitor all clinical trial grant account balances, and reports the financial status to the Assistant Director, and corresponding departments, on a monthly basis. •\tPerforms final financial account reconciliation to ensure all payments have been received from sponsors and all charges have been applied to the account. •\tInteracts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with hospital values.

EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field._________________________________________________________________________CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION:_________________________________________________________________________EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in clinical research administration preferred. ________________________________________________________________________ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Proficient Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets with basic formulas/functions is required. Excel testing will be conducted.
