Clinical Research Assistant - Temporary

Supports the Clinical Research Department in managing the clinical trial patients by assisting with patient identification, screening, registration and clinical trial data collection.  Assists the Clinical Research department in the in-take, enrollment and management of patients in the Clinical Research Department.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of a State recognized vocational school. Or equivalent educ/experience. New graduate, entry level experience as a Phlebotomist in a clinical lab or ambulatory care setting. Background in medical field.

Preferred Qualifications:

upon hire: Phlebotomy Certificate (for Department 10007439 - Research Projects CA SJMC Fullerton). Clinical research experience in oncology. 1 year Experience as a Phlebotomist in a clinical laboratory and ambulatory care setting, with special training, as appropriate. EMR or IDX experience.
