The right candidate has prior experience as a clinical research coordinator with a focus on patient-facing encounters and experiences, along with a working knowledge of data management and screening/randomization of participants, at minimum. Clinical Research Coordinator Qualifications:

Experience as a coordinator for HIV/infectious disease clinical trials is preferred, but not required. However, interest in working with HIV/infectious disease clinical trials is required.Prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator at a research site.Working knowledge and previous experience with clinical trials, data management and case report forms.Working experience of the start-up and closure of clinical research studies and patient registration and randomization.Ability to prioritize effectively.Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy.Demonstrated ability to audit and analyze data for completeness and accuracy.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
