Clinical Research Coordinator Associate Apply Now **Job Summary** The University of Michigan, School of Nursing (UMSN) is seeking a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator Associate who will work with a faculty Principal Investigator (PI) from the Department of Systems, Populations and Leadership on a research grant. The Coordinator Associate should have experience with research project coordination. The duties will include two main areas: a) research project coordination/management: subject recruitment/enrollment, subject reimbursement, data collection and management, and support for data analysis and result dissemination; b) HIT platform implementation and evaluation: implementing and maintaining a HIT platform focused on patient safety events reporting, including conducting online usability testing, technology user training, system monitoring, and data sharing/flowing between two research sites. Supervision is received from the Principal Investigator (PI). The target salary range for this position is up to a maximum of $44,000 due to salary funded on a grant. The actual salary determined will be based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate and may be less than the maximum. **This is a full-time term-limited position** . For questions regarding this position, please contact Dr. Yun Jiang at [email protected] . **Required Qualifications*** + A bachelor's degree in health-related field is required; a master's degree is preferred. + A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a clinical research-related field is preferred. + A minimum of one (1) year of experience with cancer-related researchis preferred. + Demonstratedproficiency at the intermediate level with Microsoft Office products (including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with Google Looker Studio and Google Apps Script is preferred. + Familiar with the Redcap system for data collection/management is preferred. + Candidate must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to receive and convey information clearly and concisely for various mediums. + Candidate will be expected to have solid interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. + Must be reliable, committed to high quality service, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Must have excellent judgment with a professional demeanor.
