We are currently seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a CRC at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies. **Contract Position** **Onsite in Knoxville, TN** **What you will be doing** + Assisting in the coordination and implementation of clinical trial activities under the guidance of Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), including patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment. + Supporting the maintenance and organization of study documentation and regulatory files, ensuring compliance with protocol requirements and regulatory standards. + Collecting, recording, and entering data into study databases and electronic data capture (EDC) systems, in accordance with study protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). + Assisting with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and correspondence to regulatory authorities and institutional review boards (IRBs). + Providing logistical support for study visits, meetings, and other research-related activities, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating study materials. **Your profile** + Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. + Previous experience in clinical research or healthcare setting is preferred but Nt required. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with study participants and colleagues. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new software applications as needed. **What ICON can offer you:** Our success depends on the quality of our people.
