Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator II to manage and oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with study protocols, GCP, ICH Guidelines, and SOPs. The successful candidate will coordinate assigned clinical trials, manage project risks, and improve the quality of clinical research studies.
ResponsibilitiesImplement and coordinate assigned clinical trials, including start-up, vendor management, subject recruitment, and protocol training.Ensure timely collection and entry of regulatory documents and resolve data queries promptly.Manage and report adverse events, serious adverse events, and deviations, ensuring compliance with SOPs.Develop and implement research and administrative strategies for assigned protocols.Communicate effectively with coworkers, leadership, study subjects, sponsors, CROs, and vendors.Apply good documentation practices and maintain confidentiality of patient and sponsor information.Verify and escalate patient safety concerns according to protocols and SOPs.Create, collect, and submit regulatory documents to Sponsors and IRBs as required.Evaluate potential subjects for clinical trial participation through pre-screens.Create and execute recruitment strategies.Understand key timelines, endpoints, vendors, and patient population for each protocol.Understand product development life cycle and protocol design significance.Perform clinical duties within scope, including drug preparation and administration, fibroscan, phlebotomy, ECG, and lab processing.Collaborate to develop Quality Control strategies for ongoing work review and monitor visits.Additional Skills & QualificationsPhlebotomy skills and experience with drug preparation and administration.Understanding of the disease process or condition under study.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
