Job Title: Clinical Research Financial Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Research Financial Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transcribing MCA and Budget into the research site's template, managing study submissions and amendments, and providing financial support to ensure the smooth operation of clinical research studies.

ResponsibilitiesTranscribe MCA and Budget prepared into the proper template.Work within CS-RAMS, Financial Module, to submit new study and amendments, partnering with regulatory for document support.Check CS-RAMS messaging, answer questions, and collaborate with regulatory, leadership, and other stakeholders to monitor submission status.Prepare a weekly update for status report on study submission/action items and estimated completion time for weekly meetings with the PI.Ensure tasks such as email management, coverage analysis submissions to parent institution, and payment processing and reimbursements are handled promptly and in line with SOPs.Research patient visits, process reimbursements, and respond to requests to ensure timely and accurate payments, fostering positive relationships with patients.Assist with various financial responsibilities including managing general email inboxes, processing patient reimbursement requests, and ensuring proper filing of emails.Manage payment confirmations, respond to sponsor requests, and research patient visits in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to facilitate reimbursement.Essential SkillsClinical trial and clinical research experienceData entry skillsOncology experienceExperience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systemsExperience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systemsExperience with Good Clinical PracticeExperience with Biomedical Investigators and Key PersonnelExperience with Biomedical Responsible Conduct of ResearchMinimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research financial coordinationExperience with Advarra and WIRB, and familiarity with Cedars-Sinai local IRBOncore CTMS experienceFlorence experienceUnderstanding of Conflicts of InterestAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWork Environment
