Temporary, BenefitedCompany:Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer CenterDepartment: Clinical Research CenterTime Type: Full timeWeekly Hours: 37.5FTE:0.9375Shift: Variable (United States of America)Summary: Administers research study agents in the Clinical Research Center in accordance with the written clinical research study; obtains research specimens and performs various tasks at specific timepoints required by the study; coordinates, facilitates, and monitors the implementation of clinical research studies; independently and competently performs the nursing process including assessment, planning, evaluation, and intervention; safeguards the rights and well-being of the study participant within the guidelines of the Code of Federal Regulations, International Conference on Harmonization, and Roswell Park Clinical Research Services Standard Operating Procedures; interfaces with Clinical Research team as well as with other internal/external (study sponsor) departments to ensure a collaborative approach to clinical research.Total combined salary range for this position is $94,183 - $106,683 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.Qualifications:Required Education and Experience
License Requirement
License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
Education and Experience
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in an oncology support or research setting.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will have a BSN, professional certification, chemotherapy infusion experience, and more than 1 year of recent experience in clinical research, oncology, critical care, and/or medical surgical.
