Clinical Research Nurse
Job Title: Clinical Research Nurse III
Job Description

The Clinical Research Nurse III will perform basic nursing skills, study coordination, and data management. The central focus will be managing subject recruitment and enrollment, ensuring consistency of study implementation, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting.

ResponsibilitiesCollect and document clinical information (data) from study participants.Provide patient education regarding the research study.Obtain informed consent and support enrollment into clinical trials.Recruit, screen, and enroll patients.Interact with consortium members, organize meetings, and communicate with participating institutions.Track and record progress, schedule meetings, and record and distribute minutes.Essential SkillsClinical research experienceAdverse event reportingChart reviewOncology knowledgeEpic system proficiencyKnowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice)Additional Skills & QualificationsNursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)PA RN LicenseMinimum of 2 years of experience with at least 1 year of RN clinical experienceMinimum of 1 year of clinical research experienceSome management experience preferredWork Environment

Mix of office and hospital-based environment. After 60 days of training, the candidate can work from home one to two days a week based on study needs. The frequency may fluctuate. The role supports the team and contributes to building out the program. This is a crucial role as it will be the first Clinical Research Nurse for the team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00
