Description
Wanting a Research Nurse to play a critical role in implementing and performing research projects in our department. Typical duties listed are collecting and reviewing clinical data, assisting investigators, screening subjects, and providing support during procedures.Plan, provide, and document professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process for patients of all ages in accordance with the protocol, physician orders, institutional SOPs and state licensure scope of practice.Oversee and monitor the well-being and safety of study participants; identify Adverse Events (AEs) and provide proper documentation and reporting of all AEs to study team.Provide clear and comprehensive documentation of study visit activities while adhering to the study protocol and the guidelines of Good Clinical Practice.Perform study defined procedures and assessments, including, but not limited to, vital signs, lab collection, lab processing, phlebotomy, electrocardiograms, etc. in strict compliance with the study protocol.Ensure all required consent forms are obtained prior to any research activities.Qualifications:
Registered nursing license in state of Kansas.Two years related work experience.Basic Life Support Certification.Bachelor’s degree.Registered nursing license in state of Missouri.ACLS and PALS certification.Shift: Day Shift - 20 hours a week.
Pay - $35-$38 (Competitive and based on experience)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $33.00/hr.
