Job Title: Clinical Research Manager

Job Description

The Clinical Research Manager serves the Research Institute by providing oversight of industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials in accordance with trial protocols, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines. The manager can function as a clinical study coordinator as needed and trains, mentors, and develops clinical study coordinators and research staff. This role involves working closely with Managers and Leaders to facilitate the initiation through completion of clinical research studies. The manager provides day-to-day supervision and performance reviews of clinical research staff. This role also includes leading the Talent Acquisition process, managing team performance, overseeing daily activities, ensuring safe care delivery, and serving as a resource for the research team. The manager monitors and evaluates the quality and safety of clinical operations, builds supportive relationships with team members, collaborates with various departments for smooth operation, and ensures adequate inventory and supply levels.
