The Clinical Research Supervisor will oversee the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements. This role involves training, mentoring, and developing clinical study coordinators and research staff. The Supervisor will work closely with Managers and Leaders to facilitate the initiation and completion of clinical research studies across multiple U.S. Division locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day activities of the clinical research team, ensuring productivity and proper staffing.Ensure the delivery of safe care with respect for all patients/participants.Act as a service line expert and resource for the research team.Monitor and evaluate the quality and safety of clinical operations.Build and maintain supportive relationships with team members.Collaborate with operations managers and external partners to ensure smooth study transitions.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.Provide guidance, education, and mentorship to study team members.Coordinate clinical research studies as needed, ensuring compliance and effective execution.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Research, or related field with 2 years of clinical research experienceOR
Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Research, or related field with 4 years of clinical research experience.Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationAdditional Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of leadership and supervisory skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $109000.00/yr.
