JOB SUMMARY The Clinical Resource Nurse is a registered nurse responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of patient care services. They help manage the administrative and clinical operations of a patient/resident care unit and partner with the Rehab Nurse Unit Manager to plan, organize, direct, coordinate, evaluate, and control all human and material resources of the unit JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION + Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred + Valid State of Maine RN license required + BLS certification required EXPERIENCE + 1–3 years of previous nursing experience required OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED + Demonstrated leadership abilities + Excellent communication skills + Ability to handle multiple priorities Covenant Health Mission Statement We are a Catholic health ministry, providing healing and care for the whole person, in service to all in our communities.
