Clinical Resource Nurse-- Full Time Eves/Nights
Job Description​

Saint Luke’s North on Barry Road is seeking Clinical Resource Nurse to join our ED team. This role will give you the opportunity to assist the manager in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills. Acts as a resource for maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special project to help ensure our vision to be, “The Best Place to Get Care. The Best Place to Give Care.” 

 

  

Shift Details: must be open to working evenings and nights (11:00am and beyond)

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Utilizes the nursing process  

Performs patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff  

Coordinates the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes  

Demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

3-5 years

Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Mandt - Healthstream - Healthstream, Pediatric Advanced Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Trauma Nurse Core Course - Emergency Nurse Association

Associate Degree
