Summary:

As the RN Clinical Unit Coordinator you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare.

Required Education, Experience and/or Skills:

A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BSN)Five years of previous clinical experienceOutpatient oncology/infusion experience

Preferred Education, Experience and/or Skills:

OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)

License/Certification Required:

Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensureCurrent CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross
