The Advanced Care Center of Butler is a comfortable and home-like 29-bed skilled nursing center that provides high quality short-term rehabilitation services and comprehensive nursing care to help individuals successfully return to home. Working in partnership with the Director of Nursing, the Clinical RN Manager directs the activities of the nursing staff. This management includes, but is not limited to, healthcare services, financial security, managing CQI opportunities and regulatory compliance. Responsible for creating a balance between an efficient health care center and a home-like environment. Clinical RN Manager working any shift acts as a manager to all disciplines. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited school of Nursing and must possess a current RN License, in good standing from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. BSN or Bachelor’s Degree related to healthcare administration preferred. A minimum of three years of recent clinical experience required, two years within the long term care setting preferred. Minimum of two years supervisory experience required. Current RN license. Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
