Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of dedicated strategic sales product training and development initiatives within Upper Extremities.Identify and convert target surgeons working with DOSs, RSMs, and Sales Reps through dedicated sales product training and development.Develop curriculum and course content, and implement in-field and headquarter training initiatives, along with sales enablement.Identify, prioritize and execute key field based training activities for sales force and medical education events for customers, along with RSMs.Develop professional and sales relationships by actively engaging with Physicians, key customers, and accounts.Partner with R&D and Marketing to identify future product needs and maximize impact on any ongoing and future projects.Partner with Medical Education team to identify future needs for courses/trainings, develop and create course curriculums and agendas, and implement objectives at Med Ed events.Active participation, whether virtually or in-person, in team meetings and/or leadership initiated meetings.What you need
