We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Clinical Sales Support professional to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process for our hospital bed products by providing clinical expertise and training to healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of hospital bed features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate with clients.Clinical Support: Educate and promote the benefits of our Bariatric bed in strategic accounts. Drive adoption of Verticalization Therapy in the ICU setting by educating clinicians and helping the multidisciplinary teams understand how VT can support early mobility programs. Assist sales teams by providing clinical insights during product demonstrations and consultations with healthcare professionals.Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for hospital staff on the proper use and maintenance of hospital beds and related equipment.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key multi-disciplinary clinical stakeholders; to include nurses, doctors, and procurement teams.Feedback Collection: Gather insights and feedback from end-users to relay to the sales and product development teams, helping to inform future strategies and improvements.Documentation: Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to sales support activities, including training materials and customer interactions.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related clinical field preferred.Experience: Previous experience in clinical sales support or a related field is highly desirable, particularly in medical devices or hospital equipment.Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of patient care environments and the clinical applications of hospital beds.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address client inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various healthcare facilities as needed.Contract Type:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation will be based on hours worked.
