Clinical / Service Delivery Technology Specialist III
Description: Job Summary:
Performs troubleshooting and repairs on standard and non-standard medical equipment and software, escalating when necessary. Performs inspections, functionality tests, scheduled preventative maintenance, and recall of standard and non-standard medical equipment and software. Installs, updates, and modifies equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturers specifications with minimal day-to-day guidance. Investigates and documents standard and non-standard incidents and accidents involving medical equipment or software. Coordinates the use of vendors to perform repairs and maintenance when necessary, with minimal day-to-day guidance. Documents corrective repairs and preventative maintenance, and maintains the parts inventory for medical devices and software.

Ensures that documentation is adequately maintained by: documenting ones action (e.g., maintenance, repairs, part replacement) in the centralized maintenance management system with reviews both during and at completion; documenting standards, procedures and protocols for all major processes and upholding all standards with minimal day-to-day oversight; and maintaining adequate parts of inventory for medical devices and software with minimal day-to-day oversight.Conducts ongoing preventative maintenance of medical equipment by: performing inspections and functionality tests of standard and non-standard medical equipment (e.g., integrated, interoperable) medical devices and software with minimal direction; assisting with scheduled preventative maintenance of routine and non-routine medical equipment and software (e.g., replacing parts) in collaboration with team members; responding to a variety of requests for maintenance that may require judgment and discretion; and maintaining comprehensive foundational awareness of the status of ongoing preventative maintenance activities, problems, and concerns. Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree or vocational certificate in Electronic Service, or related field AND Minimum three (3) years experience in medical technology field service with medical devices and systems or a directly related field OR Minimum four (4) years of experience in technology field service, or a directly related field.

Preferred Qualifications:Certificate of Vendor Training involving directly related systems.
