CentraCare is looking for a Clinical Service Desk Analyst. The person in this position is responsible for investigating and resolving moderate to complex software and hardware issues/requests for the CentraCare Information Systems (IS) Service Desk. This person maintains proper documentation in software systems, ensuring that all information pertaining to an incident or service request is documented with full and complete information. This person is team oriented with collaboration being a key component in overall success. This person assists specialists and peers alike to find issue resolution and process workflow. This person is expected to exemplify excellent customer relationships skills while driving superior customer satisfaction. This person is rooted in service excellence with above average communication skills. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.
Schedule:
Full time | 80 hours every 2 weeks Day shift | 8-hour | 8am-4:30pm Position will work remotely but requires travel to St. Cloud Hospital occasionallyPay and Benefits:
