Visit https://www.dignityhealth.org/socal/locations/californiahospital for more information. **Responsibilities** **About this opportunity:** We are seeking a Clinical Services Manager for Outreach to lead community engagement efforts & recruitment, assessment, and enrollment of low-income children and families into a range of early care and education and family support services, including Early Head Start and state preschool programs. The Manager develops enrollment strategy, provides direct services, and is a core member of the leadership team. **Qualifications** + Minimum of three years experience providing clinical services for low-income populations, including home visiting experience. + Masters degree in social work psychology, child development or a related field. + Interdisciplinary consultation experience. + Strong organizational skills and demonstrated leadership skills. + Bilingual English/Spanish speaking skills. **Pay Range** $38.64 - $56.03 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
