Lead a team of exceptional individuals, fostering an expectation of excellence.Maximize their value through guidance, coaching, and recognition.Contribute to our mission of compassion and care, applying good judgment and organizational guidelines.Responsible for front line direction of accurate, complete, and timely provision of quality client care and services in  compliance with regulatory, operational and financial requirementsResponsible for assuring that clinical documentation meets accepted standards of care, regulatory, operational, and financial requirementsResponsible for referral intake and management to ensure that patients receive assessment visitsMaintains positive staff morale, observable through team spirit, a sense of belonging and recognition of accomplishmentsSome travel to patient's homes/ ride-alongs with cliniciansAll other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Current RN license - BSN preferred in good standing and able to practice in current State requiredTwo years of home care nursing experience is requiredThorough knowledge and understanding of Home Health regulatory requirements is requiredOne year of hospital nursing preferredKnowledge of state cretification/registration highly preferredDemonstrated leadership, administrative and supervisory skills
