The Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking a dynamic clinical social worker to be part of a dedicated team that works with people ages 16-26 enrolled in the Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) program. Coordinated Specialty Care is an internationally recognized evidence-based model that promotes recovery and wellness for people experiencing early psychosis. This is an exciting chance to be part of a select group of programs in the state that can provide this service.
The clinician works directly with enrolled young adults by providing evidence-based individual and family therapy, and care coordination services to assigned persons served. The CSC program is an innovative model that allows for protected training time and team meetings, supervision and shared integrated teamwork. This position includes training in the Navigate Model with opportunities to consult with national experts in early psychosis. The primary responsibility is to serve as the primary clinician for a small caseload of assigned persons served and to ensure that interventions are delivered in accordance with the Navigate and CSC models.
Please Note: This position is 40 hours per week. The selected candidate will work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday with the days off on Sunday and Saturday.

LICENSES: Based on assignment, travel may be required. Those employees who elect to use a motor vehicle for travel must have a current and valid Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Operator's license or the equivalent from another state.
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Social Work.
Salary placement is determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate’s years of directly related experience and education, and alignment with our internal compensation structure as set forth by the Human Resources Division’s Hiring Guidelines. For all bargaining unit positions (non-management), compensation is subject to the salary provisions outlined in the applicable collective bargaining agreement and will apply to placement within the appropriate salary range.
