Job Title: Clinical Social Worker-Hybrid (Bilingual-Spanish)

Job Description

Provides clinical social work services to children, adolescents, and families, some of whom will be Spanish speaking. Services include diagnosis and treatment through individual, group, or family treatment.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with referring agencies, school systems, community agencies, and the juvenile court system to develop service plans for children and families.Ensure children receive appropriate services by collaborating with various stakeholders.Participate in individual supervision, clinic meetings, administrative staff meetings, and in-service training.Maintain medical records for each client, including diagnostic interview notes, progress notes, transfer summaries, and treatment plans.Supervise social work trainees when interest and capacity are demonstrated.Participate in community activities related to the needs of traumatized children and their families and in committee projects.Essential SkillsLicensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) in the State of Maryland.Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently and confidently on various topics.CPR certification.Master’s degree from an accredited School of Social Work.Competence across all age groups, especially neonate, pediatric, adolescent populations, and adults with disabilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with marginalized groups and a champion of social justice.Clinical experience with trauma treatment.Work Environment

Hybrid schedule with sessions hosted virtually or in person. Days and hours may vary week to week from Monday to Friday. Free onsite parking is available.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $74980.00 - $95000.00
