To accomplish this, the incumbent will need to work directly with the Service Lines, System CNO groups, Clinicians at all levels of the organization, vendors and other Avera professionals in Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Finance and Legal Services to navigate these processes to achieve optimal outcomes. The Clinical Sourcing Administrator will be responsible for leading teams to a timely decision through the use of analytics, clinical equivalents research, trials (as appropriate), vendor presentations and any other relevant information needed to come to the product decision. They will direct the appropriate information needed from their internal supply chain counterparts in analytics and contracting. They will ultimately be responsible to successfully hand off the decisions and information to the appropriate internal team members to implement throughout the entire Avera system. **Education and/or Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in nursing or Certification in Surgical Technology or other appropriate medical certification required: Masters Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or Public Health preferred. + At least 5 years of relevant clinical experience. + Experience working with product selection, vendors, contracts or physician preference items required **Work Schedule** + Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5 :00pm, occasional evenings/weekends; 80 hours every 2 weeks **Pay** The hourly range for this position is listed below.
