Clinical Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Clinical Specialist position will promote and support the client during ENT surgical procedures. This is a PRN/1099 role. The Clinical Specialist will do on-site support of the client’s devices during the surgical procedures within major US hospitals having close interaction with surgeons. Additionally, the Clinical Specialist is responsible for any follow-up, device support, troubleshooting, customer service and education as required. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Provide technical support to surgeons and OR staff before, during and after cases + Interact one-on-one with leading surgeons and hospital stakeholders in key accounts + Train surgeons and staff on the product + Collect and report data from surgical cases + Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support to clients QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: + Minimum 2 years working in the Operating Room – Required + Clinical experience in ENT – Required + Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Sciences or Medical degree) + Ability to be on time and prepared for each case deployed + Strong relationship and consultative selling skills + Strong interpersonal and customer service skills + Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills + High attention for detail and excellent follow through + Demonstrate effective time management skills and administrative capabilities + Ability to adapt and willingness to change + Personifies client’s mission, vision and values + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point + Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy + While performing the duties of this job, CS is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear; up to 8 hours per day.
