Responsibilities:
Gathering information that increases the clinical value of the product:
Collaborate with the International team to gather the latest information.Collect information from academic societies, study groups, and KOL facilities in Japan. (including attending surgery)Providing information that increases the clinical value of the product:
Provide Japanese clinical information to the International team.Planning, execution, and follow-up of lectures.User support (journals and papers).Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop sales strategies.Customer Interaction & Support:
Respond quickly to customer requests and issues and build trusting relationships.Provide clinical support for the product.Regulatory Compliance:
Promote the sale of products that comply with regulations related to medical devices.Respond to changes in laws and regulations and get the information you need to make corrections.Eligible medical subjects:
Orthopedic Surgery, Respirator Surgery, Internal Medicine, Cardiac SurgeryEligibility:
It is desirable to have around 5 years of work experience as a nurse, clinical engineer, clinical laboratory technician, or radiological technologist.Experience in medical devices or related fields (preferably at least 3 years) or experience in sales, support, and use is preferred.Knowledge of the equipment is preferred.Technical comprehension and project management skills.Excellent communication skills and team collaboration skills.Who we are looking for:
