**Primary Purpose:** We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable professional with expertise in HD Machines, BCM, Aqua UNO, dialyzers, and other consumable products. In addition, he/she must have knowledge and experience in data management for Hemodialysis. In this role, the candidate will support HD Machines for our products, provide training, guidance, and travel to customer locations to demonstrate products to potential buyers and offer services to our regular customers. **Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:** + Training/Guide, service to Customers on application and call center of equipment’s i.e. HD Machine, BCM, Aqua UNO, Dialyzers and other consumable products. + Training and design data management system with customers + Supporting data analysis from TDMS + Supporting TDMS Installation, Implementation and utilize data from TDMS to FME Customers + Be traind on FMC Machines, Data Management System and certified to be a trainer from FMC. + Support sales team on knowhow and knowledge on hemodialysis therapies. + Manage customers on handling FMC equipments and consumable products. + Fling documents of In-service, and training on clinical application. + Prepare training material for both internal and external training. + Always update country’s regulation on HD Machines. + Advise sales team and customers to use FMC products / CRRT Machines on company’s recommendation and align with country’s standard. + Other job assignments. **Competencies (attitude, skills, typical qualifications and experience):** + Experience in HD Machines application or ICU machine or related field. + Computer skill, and understand simple IT Technical Terms + Be able to use Words, Excels and other programs for data management purposes. + Good communication + Energetic and high responsibility + Good personality + Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales. + Excellent training skills + Very good in interpersonal skill + Have own car and able drive to work both BKK & UPC + Able to work in night shift and holiday as necessary and customer requested.
