The Opportunity

For our Abbott Vascular Division AV we are currently looking for a Clinical Specialist - Physiology and Imaging to join our great team in Poland.

This will be a field-based position, requiring daily travelling across assigned territory (kujawsko-pomorskie, zachodnio-pomorskie, pomorskie, wielkopolskie, lubuskie), with occasional support to other locations in Poland.

Preferred location of the candidate is: Poznan, Bydgoszcz, Torun, Zielona Gora, or Gorzow Wielkopolski.

What You'll do:

Be the Key products expert in area of responsibility, both commercial and clinically.

Train, educate and establish standards of practice for use of key products.

Identify and collaborate with KOLs to develop the imaging and physiology markets.

Adapt and implement the key products global strategy in Poland.

Design and execute key products tactic plans which allow strategy implementation.

Define necessary key products market research in collaboration with Marketing.

Assure adaptation and consistency of promotional materials, in collaboration with Marketing.

Collaboration with Marketing, Health Economics and the Sales Force in the strategy and tactic of the different stakeholders.

Identify new clinical, scientific or cost-effectiveness needs and report them to Medical Science.

Review key products training materials produced by Marketing and Medical Science and redefine necessary issues.

Required qualifications and background:

Master’s degree in science, commercial or similar preferred.

Multinational company experience.

Marketing experience.

Sales experience in cardiovascular environment is a definite plus.

Cathlab experience. Understanding Cardiac Products and their therapies.

Understanding of local sales environment and market conditions.

Fluent English + any other language is an asset.

Willingness to travel approx. 70% of time.

Project planning skills.

Ability to interface with customers and key opinion leaders.
