Clinical Supervisor, Children & Family Treatment Support Services

 

As a Clinical Supervisor, CFTSS, you will oversee the Children and Family Treatment Support Services and Other Licensed Professional Services, which will involve service delivery and managing provider and quality aspects of the programs for member agencies. You will work onsite with some travel and the option to work remotely. You will report to the Clinical Director, Community Services.

Responsibilities:

Directly supervise licensed staff and provide clinical supervision to program managers, supervisors, and direct-line staff on a regular basis. Participate as a leader in relevant committees and meetings. Participate in NYS and Regional efforts to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of service delivery programing. Maintain positive and appropriate liaisons and relationships with external and internal providers. Provide clinical support to Community Service teams, including case consultation, treatment plan support, and training. Implement standards of practice across both affiliates to ensure uniform practices whenever possible. Collaborate with resources, both internal and external to the agency, to develop a process for the provision of Evidence-based Practices under State Plan services. Review and authorization of documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and other program related documents Conduct assessments and deliver program specific services as required to meet client or organizational needs

Requirements and Education:

Master's Degree and at least four years of progressively responsible related experience required, or equivalent requisite education and experience LCSW or LCSW-R required
