Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are in search of a Clinical Supervisor to work on a full time basis at our Brockton Outpatient Clinic. The clinical supervisor is accountable the clinic director. The clinical supervisor is one who actively promotes the philosophy of the Gandara Center. Bilingual and Bicultural candidates encourage. Professional license required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide weekly supervision  Facilitate and co-facilitate bi-weekly groups  Interviewing and be part of the hiring decision for clinical staff. Complete staff performance evaluations Implements policies and procedures for the agency  and the program Review / correct and approve Record clinical documentation (CA, IAP, Discharges) Provide training to Clinicians   Ensure productivity requirements  Promoting Knowledge acquisition and skills development through various professional development opportunities Assisting personnel in transferring the skill and knowledge obtained in the classroom to their work in the filed Inputting data into the data management system Using data collection tools and forms Reading and interpreting reports Using data to improve performance

Minimum Qualifications:

Independentlylicensed in Massachusetts in a mental health field (LMHC, LICSW, LADCI, LMFT) Possess a master’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university Demonstrated ability to be innovative, creative, analytical and decisive in problem solving Demonstrated communications, administrative and organizational capabilities Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and community agencies: School Dept., DCF, DYS, Juvenile Court, etc. Must have a driver’s license
