We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team of professionals in a Boston-based nonprofit assisting Women and Families in difficult circumstances.

Requirements:

Licensed in the state of Massachusetts with LMHC OR LICSWMust have experience, competency, and/or training in both addiction and mental health1+ year experience in supervisory capacity

Clinical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all Clinical operations and supervise a team of masters-level cliniciansProvide individual and group supervision of masters-level cliniciansCoordinate and present clinical training and research to staffEnsure effective implementation of Evidence-Based Practices in group and individual counseling as well as Trauma Informed Practices.Conduct utilization review of clinical charts and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to discuss complex casesOversee admissions and discharge decisions.Responsible for reviewing all referrals to ensure clients meets program criteriaWork collaboratively with staff to integrate case management and client centered interventions.

Schedule: Full-Time, Tuesday - Saturday

Salary: Based on experience - ~$84,000/annually with sign-on bonus, performance bonuses and competitive benefits package!
