High Focus Centers, formerly Onward Behavioral Health in Northeast Philadelphia has an extensive history of providing high-quality outpatient treatment in southeastern Pennsylvania through its subsidiary programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. With comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, we are an invaluable resource to adults and teens suffering from substance use, mental health, and/or eating disorders. We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support our clients and clinicians. Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

Supervises the counselors. Evaluates potential clients for the appropriate level of care requirements and identifies their DSM 5 diagnoses. Assists the counselors in the development of the treatment plans. Facilitates treatment team meetings and participates in case consults. Provides individual and group supervision to the counselors and other staff as assigned. Maintains an outpatient caseload. Complete all appropriate and required documentation, therapy notes, reports, treatment plans, and forms for the client and the agency to reflect the progress and services provided to the client. Assists the Program Director in developing new programs for the facility. Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience:

Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, chemical dependency, or another related field. Licensure: LPC, LCSW, LMFT 2 years of supervisory experience.
