Are you a skilled clinician ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and inspire a team of mental health, substance use, and co-occurring program professionals. In this vital role, you’ll provide clinical supervision to up to 6 license-eligible clinicians, manage program scheduling, and carry a caseload when necessary. You will be the key to ensuring quality care through hands-on leadership and support.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll mentor and develop staff, provide on-call support, and represent the program in community engagements. You'll also have a critical role in planning, developing, and assessing the program’s effectiveness, helping shape the future of care delivery in our community. A commitment to building strong relationships with community partners is essential.

We’re looking for someone who understands the principles of growth and development and can provide individualized care across various age groups. Your expertise in assessing and interpreting consumer needs will be crucial in providing high-quality, age-appropriate care.
