We’re seeking aClinical Supervisorto lead and inspire a team of mental health, substance use, and co-occurring program professionals. In this vital role, you’ll provideclinical supervisionto up to 6 license-eligible clinicians, manage program scheduling, and carry a caseload when necessary. You will be the key to ensuring quality care through hands-on leadership and support. As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll mentor and develop staff, provideon-call support, and represent the program in community engagements. You'll also have a critical role inplanning, developing, and assessingthe program’s effectiveness, helping shape the future of care delivery in our community. Hours & Benefits: Full Time positions include the following benefits: + 3.2 weeks of PTO in first year + Medical, vision, dental and life insurance benefits + 403(b) employee participation and employer match + 9 Agency-paid holidays + $1,500 Retention Bonus every six months (for LPC or LCSW) Education, Training, and Experience: + Master’s degree in social work or a related field with at least5 years of post-master’s clinical experience. + NJ Clinical Licenseas anLCSWfor a minimum oftwo yearsand credentialed as a clinical supervisor for LSWs. + Appropriate certification or other requirements set forth by NJ State licensing authorities for clinical supervision of license-eligible clinicians. + Experience in credentialing and/or experience with public and private payers/insurance ispreferred. Special Equipment, Skills, or Other Requirements: + Excellent communication skillsand the ability to operate computers, phones, faxes, and copiers. + Strong computer proficiency and the ability to meet required deadlines and schedules. + Flexibility to handle special requests and projects while maintaining professionalism instressful situations. + Avalid driver’s licenseis required, and if driving is part of the job duties, the ability to operate an agency-owned vehicle is necessary. Work Environment and Hazards: + May be required to engage inphysical crisis management. + Risk of exposure to communicable diseases is possible. Work Contact Group: + Regular interaction with all internal management, staff, program personnel, and the general public. Special Physical Demands: + Ability tostand and walkfor extended periods. + Must be able tobend, stoop, push, and pull. + Cognitive, verbal, and manual skillsare necessary, along with hearing and visual acuity (corrective devices acceptable).
