Overview:
Provide direct provision of OLP in addition to the supervision of all Skill Building and CPST staff. Provide and support services designed to restore, rehabilitate, and support a child/youth’s developmentally appropriate functioning as necessary for the integration of the child/youth as an active and productive member of their family and community with the goal of achieving minimal on-going professional intervention. Additionally, may also provide planned short-term relief for the child or family/primary caregivers to enhance the family/primary caregivers ability to support the needs of the child/youth’s functional development, behavioral health, and/or healthcare needs.
Responsibilities
• Provide weekly case supervision and crisis support to Youth Support Specialists and Youth & Family Rehabilitation Professionals.
• Oversee documentation in Electronic Health Record, including tracking documentation due dates & caseloads.
• Responsible for administrative duties related to the supervision of Youth Support Specialist and Youth & Family Rehabilitation Professionals, including but not limited to mileage and expense reimbursements.
• Support the hiring, training, ongoing performance monitoring and termination of all Youth Support Specialists and Youth & Family Rehabilitation Professionals.
• Provide a minimum of 8-10 direct service clinical (OLP) hours per week, including participating in collaborate in service planning and clinical intervention with assigned caseload.
• Participate in formalized Evidence-Based Model consultation and training.
• Modality service delivery may include individual and group settings in the community for in short-term increments
• Services can occur in a range of settings including community locations where the child/youth socializes, lives, works, attends school, and/or engages in services and/or agency facilities.
• Deliver service activities in accordance with Medicaid billing and agency standards and the youth/child’s treatment plan and plan of care that match the child/youth’s developmental state and continue to maintain the child/youth’s health and safety.
• Requires Masters degree with a minimum of three years’ experience in children’s mental health and/or special needs.
• Will consider a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with three to five years of experience in children’s mental health and/or special needs
