We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to oversee, coordinate, and manage clinical practice and case management within a specific service area. As the Clinical Supervisor, you will ensure high-quality clinical care, support the professional development of your team, and ensure compliance with best practices, regulatory requirements, and agency standards. You will work closely with external entities, supervise clinical staff, and provide direct clinical care to youth and families in need.

Responsibilities Oversee the clinical practice and case management within your designated service area.Ensure services are delivered in compliance with best practice standards, regulatory and licensing requirements, and agency policies.Supervise and mentor direct care clinical, counseling, and casework staff, ensuring high-quality clinical care, timely documentation, and adherence to professional standards.Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, treatment planning, therapy, case management, and discharge planning.Provide clinical supervision to staff, including teaching, mentoring, and evaluating performance to ensure clinical excellence.Contribute to program development, implementation, and maintenance, ensuring client-centered care that promotes inclusion, equity, and diversity.Address client, staff, or programmatic risks promptly and in collaboration with leadership.Participate in community outreach and represent the agency at external events. Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.Independent clinical license required.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably with child, adolescent, and family services.Strong knowledge of child/youth mental health, child welfare, and juvenile justice systems.Demonstrated competency in psychotherapeutic clinical care, including risk assessment, treatment planning, and safety planning.Familiarity with regulatory requirements (BSAS, CBHI, DCF, DPH, DYS, EEC), HIPAA, and other related laws.Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.Knowledge of Electronic Health/Billing Records is a plus.
