Key Responsibilities:
· Lead clinical teams to deliver exceptional client care by facilitating weekly clinical case staffing, team meetings, and diagnostic disposition discussions.
· Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
· Oversee service delivery to ensure appropriate frequency, intensity, and quality of care for all clients/patients.
· Maintain program compliance with regulatory standards by conducting regular record reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
· Foster community partnerships by coordinating services and collaborating with external agencies to meet client needs.
· Provide direct client care through intakes, individual, family, and group therapy, as required.
· Manage program operations, including staff scheduling, budget monitoring, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
· Promote integration of clinical, community support, and physical healthcare services.
· Respond to and intervene in crisis situations, ensuring appropriate incident reporting and follow-up.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field with at least three (3) years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment.
· OR Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field with at least four (4) years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and two (2) years of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment.
· OR Qualified Addiction Professional certification from the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc., or applicable State Board with at least four (4) years of professional experience and three (3) years of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment.
· OR Licensed counselor, psychologist, or physician in Missouri with at least one (1) year of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment.
Additional Qualifications:
· Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
· Completion of First Aid and CPR certifications within three months of employment.
· Behavioral Management training and thirty-six (36) hours of training requirements within two years.
Physical Requirements:
· Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
· Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
· May involve walking or standing for brief periods.
