CLINICAL SUPERVISOR-CORPORATE HEALTH - Sharonville
Job Overview:

Under the direction of the practice manager/director, this position has responsibility for the supervision of the daily operations of the clinic staff and department. This accountability encompesses; operations, supervision of staff providing direct patient care, assuarnce of standards of quality, safety and financial effectiveness for the department. This position has accountability for the achievement of service excellence, implementation of quality improvement intiaitives and assists the practice manager with driving change to assure the goals of the office related to complicance, quality, fiscal performance. Serves as a continuos and effective communication link to the staff and other departments as appropriate. Participates in the evaluatory process for staff. Develop snad maintains staffing, schedules and recordkeeping to effectively manage the flow in the clinic setting. Oversees the orientation process for new hires and participates in the interview and hiring process. Emphasis is on creating a positive environment for patients and staff. 

Job Requirements:

Two-year Degree; Bachelor's degree required within five years in Nursing; or Healthcare Specialty 
Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) 
Registered Nurse
Microsoft Office 
An apptitude for pc skills is essential 
Up to 1 year experience Supervisor/Lead Nursing 

Job Responsibilities:

Facilitates the professional and clinical development of the clinical staff to strengthen skills.
Performs daily oversight of the delivery of patient care , participating in direct care when necessary to assure safe, competent and effective care to the student and employee population.
Works in alignment with the practice manger/director to create a medical culture of accountability within patient centered system of care and a delivery of care model that drives efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Establishes a successful working environment with the medical staff and clinical staff.
Monitors compliance and current standards to assure a professional environment of state and federal regulations.
Ensures the cross training of staff to successfully operationalize the integratoin of services across the scopes of care of student health, em[ployee health and wellness and occupational health.
Practices a professional development path to ensure competency in student health, employee health and wellness and occupational medicine standards.

Regularly Round on Team Members, using questions from the rounding log. 
- 25 or fewer team members = monthly 
- 26-50 team members = every other month 
- 51+ (and optional team members) = quarterly 

Lead monthly team meetings using meeting agenda template; review stoplight report; cascade key leadership messages.
