How you make a difference

As a Clinical Supervisor in an outpatient addiction recovery environment, you will lead and supervise a clinical work group to maintain professional counseling practices in compliance with clinic policies and procedures. You will facilitate work flow, serve as a resource for staff, and provide team leadership while participating in staff development and performance improvement activities. Furthermore, you will promote interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure the best patient experience and positive clinical outcomes. 



Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and performance improvement initiatives. Provide supervision and training to clinical staff, including hands-on training and constructive conflict resolution. Coordinate and participate in staff meetings and actively participate in problem-solving and idea sharing. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and monitor counselor productivity. Collaborate with healthcare team members, addiction facilities, and other agencies to facilitate patient care delivery and community outreach activities. 

Qualifications & Requirements

Education  

Graduation from an accredited College or University Master’s Degree in Behavioral or related health field 

 

Experience  

2 years of experience in a health or human service agency, one year of which working directly with behavioral health or addiction recovery population 1-2 years of supervisory/leadership experience 

 

Licenses/Certifications  

Licensure or Clinical Certification as required by state in which clinic operates 

Additional Details FT Day shift 6am - 2:30pm
